POSITIVE SPIRIT

One day in a quiet, isolated village.

Thunderclouds started hovering over the village. They had noticed the invaders (Europeans) came to their land. They think that the invaders cursed the land.

As the chief warned the villagers about the curse, one of the elderly, Lady Misnah, said that the chief’s baby holds the solution to lift the curse and keeping the village save.

As she pointed at the tent where the baby is, she said, “The baby’s natural positive thinking can lift the curse and keep the village save!” as Misnah said with a shout.

As the chief and Lady Misnah walked over to the tent where the baby is, Misnah told the chief, “The baby has to be happy and playful in order to lift the curse.”

The baby’s mother was a kind spirit that married the chief and brought in a positive spiritual baby. Only the father of the baby will be able to get her happy spirit out to lift the curse.

The baby was happy and did not notice the curse that is coming to the village. She was playing with her rattle without knowing the dangers outside.

The chief thought that his baby is already happy and the curse will be lifted soon. However, Lady Misnah said, “Her happiness is not enough, and you must play with her to make her happiness rise and lift the curse.” Lady Misnah was wise and knowledgeable in the village, so the chief must make his baby happy in order to save the village.

The chief then was thinking of a way to play with her. Because the baby is a spirit she does not need food, water, nor even parents or guardians to take care of her. The chief rarely plays with her. The chief does not even know how to play with children.

The chief tried telling the baby a story that the chief finds fun and hilarious. It was about how his men killed other tribes.

The baby cried out of fright because of the chief’s body language representing a man killing other tribe members.

The chief immediately started dancing a woman’s traditional dance to entertain the baby. In which the chief regretted that he had done this.

The chief continued to dance as it is entertaining the baby and lifting the curse. He continued until the baby was very happy.

The chief then played with the baby, chasing her around the tent, playing tag. The baby was getting happy.

He continued until the baby and the chief was tired and exhausted. However, the chief knew that this was for the sake of his village’s safety, and to lift the curse.

The baby and the chief got tired. Lady Misnah tucked the baby in bed. The baby slowly closed its eyes and went to sleep.

The chief fell asleep in the tent with the baby.

Then Lady Misnah came back home to the year 2167. Lady Misnah was a time traveler that wanted to prevent the war between the Indians and the Americans. The tribe first thought that the invaders cursed their land and summoned a thunderstorm to the village and destroyed everything. This was the event that caused the world war in 2164 and it continued to 2167. The mother of the baby was a time traveler from year 2138 that appeared suddenly in the village when the time machine went error. Because of her sudden appearance, she was believed to be a spirit.

The world war that started in year 2164 was the deadliest war in the world so far.

The thunderstorm never happened because what actually happened was when Lady Misnah went back to the year 2167, the thunderstorm clouds were pulled into the portal when Lady Misnah traveled back. The Indians still believes in spirits and continued praising the baby, because if they found out that spirits were not real, there will be mass confusion for the Indians that will cause a worse event than the world war in 2164.
