R.A 9266 in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The Chapter introduced and explained the importance of the said Law as Architects plays an important role in the fast and rapid development of the City through massive developments and Urbanization. Architects ensure the proper implementation and execution of structures in relation to its economics, environmental impact and cultural relevance.Present in the meeting are: 2018-2019 Chapter President Ar. Edgar Z. Sampang, Immediate Past President Ar. Rhoel Pineda Past Chapter Presidents and Past District Directors Ar. Rollan Joseph Mallari, Ar. Arturo Pineda Galang, Ar. Jose Juco. Past Chapter Presidents Ar. Jesus Sibal, Ar. Rene B. Nuqui and senior Member Ar. Antonio Flores. As we echo the Advocacy of UAP National President Ar. Benj Bkp Panganiban Jr. "promoting the Profession is protecting the Architect". We will continue to educate and coordinate with the Public and LGU.

The members of the ☝ UAP Pampanga San Fernando Chapter headed by the Chapter President Ar. Edgar Z. Sampang attended the very successful and Jam-packed event PISO FAIR Pampanga "a CPD Seminar" held at the Msgr. Ricardo Serrano Auditorium, University of the Assumption.
The event was also attended by different Chapters of A2B with Alaya Chapter, Angeles City Chapter, Balanga Bataan Chapter, Cabalen Chapter, Clark Chapter, Sinukwan Chapter, Tarlac Chapter and Zambales Olongapo Chapter.
A joint event of UAP Professional Development Council and UAP District A2B led by district Director Ar. Raymond Tomas Co. Mabuhay ang A2B at Mabuhay ang UAP!
