After much deliberation we have decided to follow the lead of the school districts and suspend classes, team practices, open gyms, and birthday parties effective tonight. Although we had hoped to be able to remain open and available to our students, we believe this is the right and ethical decision to take to protect our entire community. We plan to re-open after our regularly scheduled spring break, which would mean classes would resume March 30 th . As things are changing quickly, we will continue to communicate. No refunds will be made at this time. Once we have resumed regular operations, we will sort through everything and issue make-ups or credits as needed. This is unknown territory, and we are all charting it without maps. The truth is that we need you now more than ever. For many of us this creates great financial stress. Expense obligations must still be paid during this time. This is true not only for us, but for our employees and for you. The goal for all of us, is to get through this difficult time intact so that we can get back to what we do best-offer a fun, safe program for all of our students. We thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation and support. Madtown Twisters
