There is only one way to meet the most important Italian and international phlebologists, there is only one way to learn about the innovations that can change our daily practice and that way for twenty years is called “SCLEROTHERAPY & VENOUS ABLATION”.The 2017 edition will feature important news and will be held for the second time in Bo-logna as part of the Conference Valet, then simultaneously with the Congress SIES 2017.The 2016 edition of the Valet Conference was attended by 3500 delegates, and this year we hope to repeat the success of the last year.SCLEROTHERAPY & VENOUS ABLATION 2017 will feature a series of important innova-tions: besides traditional presentations will give you more room for live therapy. The ope-rator will reach the congress immediately after the treatment to discuss and respond to questions from the audience.In place of the posters we have another novelty: the “short presentations”. These will be presentations with a limited number of slides in the area previously used for the posters. This will allow the discussion of clinical cases or other issues in a more relaxed environ-ment for those less accustomed to speaking in public. Even short presentations will be included in the files of abstracts.Moreover mini-courses will be organized in small groups with limited number of parti-cipants on specific topics starting from basic phlebology for beginners to the more ad-vanced ones. This will also allow young doctors who are interested to enter our world to interact with an expert who will answer their questions in a unique opportunity for interaction.There is also room for more “political issues” as an interesting panel discussion on the sale of the professional activities, practice widespread abroad but virtually unknown in our country.SCLEROTHERAPY & VENOUS ABLATION 2017 awaits you with your contribution of know-ledge because only sharing the way we practice medicine we can grow together. For the use of this structure are required all the documents relating to the Speaker who will perform the practical part. It is recommended to organize the Workshop having two speakers of which 1 for the practical part and a second that will have the task of managing the audien-ce and the communication between the audience and the Multimed clinic.
