1. In a blender combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil. Process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brush with oil. Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into pan, tilting to completely coat the surface of the pan. Cook 2 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.

Fast & Furious 6 With the addition of Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson to this next installment, its high on my list as Agent Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) enlists the aid of Dom (Vin Diesel) and team to help bring a rival gang, led by Owen Shaw (Luke Evans), to justice. In exchange for clear records, they must put an end to their schemes, no matter how personal the cost. Also starring Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez.

The Great Gatsby I saw the play last year, and looking forward to this latest screen version of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Long Island, NY set novel, where Midwesterner Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) is lured into the lavish world of his neighbor, Jay Gatsby (Leonardo DiCaprio). Will Carraway see through the cracks of Gatsby’s nouveau riche existence, where obsession, madness, and tragedy await? You’ll have to watch to find out!

The Hangover Part III Ken Jeong is my favorite as this time for the final episode; there’s no wedding and no bachelor party. What could go wrong? We’ll certainly find out when the group takes to the road, in the conclusion to the trilogy of mayhem and bad decisions. Starring Bradley Cooper, Melissa McCarthy, Jamie Chung, Zach Galifianakis, John Goodman, Heather Graham, Justin Bartha, Ken Jeong, Mike Epps, and Mike Tyson.

Star Trek Into Darkness An avid ‘Trekkie’ since the 60s TV series, looking forward to this next chapter with J.J. Abrams as director, the crew of the Enterprise find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization as Captain Kirk (Chris Pine) leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction. Starring Chris Pine, Karl Urban, Zoe Saldana, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, John Cho, Tom Archdeacon, Alice Eve, and Bruce Greenwood.
