A two pack high build mastic, 100% solids surface tolerant epoxy coating
reinforced with chemically inert glass flake for application for enhanced durability
and corrosion resistance. Excellent erosion resistance, abrasion resistance,
toughness and outstanding impermeability.
It is 2 component, drinking water certified, high performance coating
system for improving the efficiency of fluid handling system and protection of
metals from the effects of erosion-corrosion coupled with excellent hydrodynamic
performance. The coating plays significant role for use in Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEM’s)
XtraLife CEC is an ultra smooth, ceramic reinforced epoxy that provides a
high gloss, low friction coating designed to protect against turbulence and
abrasion thus sealing and protecting the equipment from corrosion and wear. It
also works as a top coat over SavesPast Metal Reclamation Putties for providing
exceptionally smooth surfaces over applications requiring surface rebuilding and lasting protection.

The low viscosity, 2 component brushable elastomeric / urethane system
that protects the equipment against impact, abrasion, shock, wear, noise and
impact. The coating forms a tough, but flexible protective, sound-deadening
linings on new and in-service equipment from wear and abrasion. The product
possess rubber like properties and hence ideal for flexible substrate repairs.
Under Water Coating for protection of submerged metallic & non-metallic substrates
XtraLife UWC
A two component system applied by brush for protection of metallic and
non metallic surfaces operating under submerged or immersed conditions in
contact with aqueous solutions. The product is specifically designed for
application underwater or in very wet areas as a protective coating for poorly
prepared metal and concrete substrates. It will help reduce the risk of MIC (Microbiological Induced
Corrosion) and SRB (Sulphate Reducing Bacteria) because it does not contain the food ingredients contained
in traditional solvent borne systems that the bacteria thrive on. The system exhibits excellent abrasion
resistance and is able to withstand severe physical stresses caused by wave action. The product is
nonhazardous and solvent free, making it the ideal choice for a wide range of applications. The underwater

XtraLife HTCEC
A two component high temperature ceramic composite coating system is
recommended for sealing and protecting equipment from corrosion and wear
under typical temperature range for +220 °C in dry conditions and +110 °C in wet
conditions. The coating offers an ultra-smooth glossy, protective abrasion resistant
surface by significantly reducing the surface friction that causes “boundary drag".
The improved surface smoothness assists where applications require maximum fluid flow efficiency whilst
protecting against abrasion, turbulence, corrosion/erosion. It also works as a top coat over SavesPast Metal
Reclamation Putties for applications requiring surface rebuilding and lasting protection

A two component, heavy duty, abrasion resistant, glass flake reinforced
vinyl ester coating and lining over steel and concrete for chemical, abrasion and
temperature resistance is required. The coating is primarily intended for the
internal lining of chemical storage tanks and vessels where frequent contact with
acidic/ aggressive chemicals or hot media are to be stored/immersed at
temperatures up to 65°C (149°F) and for applications in areas where exposures to dry temperatures up to
120°C (248°F) are encountered
