countries. It was founded by John

Fremont McCullough in 1940. Soft serve

ice cream is its signature product. They

also serve burgers, french fries, processed

SENCHA TEA

Sencha is a type of Japanese ryokucha

which is prepared by infusing the

processed whole tea leaves in hot water.

This as opposed to matcha, where the

green tea powder is mixed with hot water

and thereof the leaf itself is includes in the

beverage.Sencha is the most popular tea in

Japan. The flavour depends upon the

season and place where it is produced. The

colour of the beverage is greenish golden

colour.

La Fée Verte by Aswin Govind Krishna,

Absinthe, also known as ‘The Green

Fairy’ was a popular drink in the 19th

century. The nickname, "The Green

Fairy," is the English translation of ‘La

Fee Verte’, nick name given to the drink

by the French. Though absinthe is not a

hallucinogen, the Green Fairy was

representative of the metaphorical concept

of the artistic enlightenment and

exploration, of poetic inspiration, of a

freer state of mind, of new ideas, of a

changing social order.
