Tenure Track Faculty, F 14
◦To build new programs and curriculum
◦To participate in the service work that is essential to the university
◦To replace a wave of faculty retirement as we mark 25 years in existence as a campus
◦To create a steady pipeline of Associate and Full Professors
Hiring Tenure Track Faculty is Urgent
Full Professor burnout is a reality and the number of FERPers is growing.
Our small pool of Assistant Professors risks the same down the line if we do not add new tenure track faculty yearly.
Hiring Tenure Track Faculty is Urgent
To all the facultyTo all the staff
To all the administrators
Whose hard work and dedication to CSUSM
Make us the ‘Pearl of the CSU’
Thank You
