The Xclusive has undergone rigorous testing to ensure that you will receive a stairlift you can trust.

Customize to meet your needs

The retractable seat belt has been designed to be easy to operate regardless of which side of the seat it is located so you can choose the side that is best for you.

The Xclusive also comes with two remote controls which can be used to call the stairlift between floors. This is particularly useful in multi user situations. These battery operated controls can be located in wall brackets so they are on hand when required.

Designed to be easy to identify, the operating toggle has been developed from a tried and tested design that was made in collaboration with occupational therapists.

Installing a stairlift in your home shouldn’t mean making big changes; a staircase survey will highlight any adjustments required so they can be made prior to installation.

Fixed to either side of your stairs, not the wall, you do not need to worry about disturbing your décor and the Xclusive can be fixed to carpeted, bare wood or marble which makes it suitable for a wide range of straight staircases.

Slimline design

This compact and unobtrusive stairlift is designed to maximize the clear space on the stairs when folded making it easier for other users of the stairs to pass the stairlift.

Option to upgrade

You can specify your Xclusive to meet your needs now and also in the longer term by adding powered features to give you a little extra assistance. When you reach the top of the stairs you turn your seat to face the landing by pushing the swivel lever; there is one located on both sides of the seat. Once you have turned your seat you can step from the seat directly onto the landing.

If you choose to upgrade to a powered swivel option you simply swivel your seat with the toggle control by continuing to hold it towards the direction of travel when you reach the top of the stairs.

The footplate can be folded up to reduce the amount of space the Xclusive requires when not in use.You may also opt for the powered footplate option. This will remove the need for you to bend down to fold the footplate up or down.
