The five residences listed in the SAP are scheduled to be collected on a quarterly basis. New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) personnel collected samples from four residential wells located on Strawberry Lane in Raymond, New Hampshire on June 9, 2005. On March 3, 2004, Mr. & Mrs. Doherty gave DES verbal permission to access their property as needed to sample their drinking water well. On July 1, 2005, Mrs. Doherty also gave DES verbal permission to access their property as needed to sample a Site monitoring well located on the in the northeast corner of property, MW-23S. 8 Strawberry Lane (Lot 1-3, Keith Hanson I, cell phon E ]e-mail: ... A sample was not collected at this location. This house was recently purchased from Norman and Janice Harrington by Keith Hanson. Two phone messages were left in an attempt to contact Mr. Hanson to discuss our drinking water monitoring program and receive permission to sample there. There had been no response and no one was home on June 9th

• My business card was left in the door with a note to contact me. Mr. Hanson has since contacted DES and sampling will resume during the regularly scheduled sampling round in September. The best way to contact Mr. Hanson is bye-mail.

10 Strawberry Lane (Lot 1-4, Rebecca & Robert rU'''lU''. The sample was collected from the outside tap to the left of the front door. History shows consistent low levels ofboth TCE and Cis-l,2-Dichloroethene in this well. The analysis of the samples collected during the last two sampling rounds detected low levels ofTCE only; no Cis-1,2-Dichloroethene was detected.

16 Strawberry Lane (Lot 1-5, Carol and Harry McClard, : Carol's cell phon house was recently purchased from Tim and Lynn Barnes by Carol and Harry McClard. The sample was collected from the outside tap to the right of the front door.

MtBE was detected in their sample atl8 IlglL, again exceeding the Ambient Groundwater Quality Standard (AGQS) of 13 Ilg/L. DES is currently supplying the residents with bottled water, one gallon of water per person per day, through a program in the Oil Remediation and Compliance Bureau (ORCB). Tal Hubbard, P.E. is in charge of the program supplying the bottled water, 271-2014.

A copy of the lab report showing the results of the various VOCs analyzed and a chart showing the sampling history of the house was included in the letter with the June sampling results. They were also forwarded to Tal Hubbard.
