Building 3 is data center ready and available for lease to either turnkey or powered shell/build-to-suit users. Sabey Data Centers Operations Team is available to manage/monitor critical systems in all three suites. Intergate. However measured – 566,000 square feet or nine football fi elds, Building 5 is a colossus, comprising 300,000 square feet of data center fl oor. Equipped with a robust and redundant electrical, mechanical and fi ber optic infrastructure, Building 5 provides design fl exibility and full customization capability – whether raised fl oor or on slab, extra-tall racks or legacy equipment, this data center can support them all.
