Building 3 is data center ready and available for lease to either turnkey or powered shell/build-to-suit users. Sabey Data Centers Operations Team is available to manage/monitor critical systems in all three suites. Intergate. Seattle’s current 77 MW can be ramped up with an additional 38.5 MW delivered by Seattle City Light’s switchgear at 26,000v.

However measured – 566,000 square feet or nine football fi elds, Building 5 is a colossus, comprising 300,000 square feet of data center fl oor. Equipped with a robust and redundant electrical, mechanical and fi ber optic infrastructure, Building 5 provides design fl exibility and full customization capability – whether raised fl oor or on slab, extra-tall racks or legacy equipment, this data center can support them all.

Building 5 is also home to SDC52 and SDC42, Sabey’s Tier 3 type wholesale colocation facilities at Intergate.East.
