in the fight against-Covid-19. To facilitate States/UTs in COVID-19 management, a multi-
agency Facilitation Center has been operationalized.
Z. The Facilitation Centre willtake calls / online queries from the Nodal Officers of States
/ UTs I Districts and facilitate in various matters such as availability of equipment and pricing
options, bed capacity augmentation, latest technologies a,railable, latest guidelines,
treatment protocols etc.
3. The Facilitation Centre will interact with States / UTs and resolve their issues and
provide solutions. The Qffice Order issued in this regard is attached for ready reference,
4. The StateslUTs/Distriets may reach Facilitation Centre at 011 -2306A777 during office
hours or can communicate at coronacontrolroom@g mail.com or pashokbabu@ ias.nic. in.
