Lessons From Pergamum—The Hidden Manna

Rev 2:12-17 –And to the angel of the church in Pergamum write:

The One who has the sharp two-edged sword says this:

'I know where you dwell, where Satan's throne is; and you hold fast My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days of Antipas, My witness, My faithful one, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells. 'But I have a few things against you, because you have there some who hold the teaching of Balaam, who kept teaching Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols and to commit acts of immorality. 'So you also have some who in the same way hold the teaching of the Nicolaitans. 'Therefore repent; or else I am coming to you quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of My mouth. ' He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it.'

The Attempt to Circumvent God’s Plan

A. Satan’s Throne—Pervert the Seed. Genesis 6 strategy.

1. Babylon was the seat of Satan’s activity since Nimrod. When Babylon fell to the Persians, the existing priest/King Attalus fled to Pergamos with this priests and sacred mysteries.

Who was Antipas

Teachings of Balaam—Spiritual Fornication

1. The spirit of Balaam=Merchandising the anointing for unrighteous gain and false teaching. Numbers 22

2. 2 Peter 2:15-16—Forsaking the right way, they have gone astray, having followed the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; but he received a rebuke for his own transgression, for a mute donkey, speaking with a voice of a man, restrained the madness of the prophet.

elected.4. 21st century governmental and church politics.5. God has leadership but they are not the

mediators between mankind and the Father. Only Jesus Christ.

6. Current day Apostolic Hubs will eradicate the spirit and empower the people with revelation and authority to manifest His Kingdom
