KABUL - Reports indicate that heavy clashes are ongoing in different parts of Afghanistan.As the new war season inches closer, battles have intensified between Afghan forces and Taliban militants in different parts of the country at a time that the group just wrapped up 16-day talks with US negotiators to find a political settle-ment to the conflict in Afghanistan. Heavy battles were reported in the past two days in southern and western parts of the country which inflicted casualties to both sides. 4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 20 April 2019, 10:00 AM (Kabul local Time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected unopened.
