HOW TO ORGANIZE IT?A BIRTHDAY PARTY, THE SEA OF ORIGINAL
1. Contact us by phone 971 746 104 or at [email protected], to check availability, and/or any other question.
2. To formalize the reservation a deposit of 150€ is needed:
• Webside: palmaaquarium.com/birthdays• Either by cash or card at the reception of Palma Aquarium.
The remaining amount by cash or card, the same day of the birthd.
CONDITIONS:
• Three days before (72h) the celebration, you must inform Palma Aquarium, the exact number of children and adults, this will be the mínimum number of invoicing (never less tan 10 children). Because of capacity reasons the confirmed numer can not exceed
• It will not be able to exceed the number of 30 guests, because of capacity limits and security reasons, in schedule of chiquipark Nautilus opened to the public from 11.00-18.00.
• If for reasons of majeure force you have to cancel or postpone the birthday you have to notify us with 24 hours of advance, otherwise you will have to pay extra penalty of 150€ not deductible neither of the deposit nor of the total value of the birthday. The amount of the deposit will not be refundable in case the birthday is not realized for foreign motives to the company, a new suitable date will be fixed for both parts
• In the chiquipark Nautilus, for hygiene reasons, the use of socks is obligatory
• They can realize simultaneous birthdays, always without interfering in the development of the proper birthday
• It is not allowed to bring food or drink outside Palma Aqurium
