PVEIC – TSR was established under the business license

number 0309935626 by the Department of Planning and

Investment on April, 12th, 2010.

After 9 years of operation and development, PVEIC – TSR

has a team of 120 persons who have high capacity and

expertise, professionalism, enthusiasm.
