SCADAThe exclusive large-size slab system SCADA combines geometry, linearity, refined surfaces and contemporary technology.

The SCADA system's special aesthetic qualities set it apart from all other concrete products available on the market. The finish of the upper surface and its composition made of natural stones aggregates provides an exceptional look. Several finishes and colours are available.

SCADA range comes in more than 60 different sizes and in a very large range of colours. Klostermann's Verschi anchoring system ensures that SCADA will be functional in heavy traffic areas.

SCADASpecifications

Locking spacers

SCADA is coming with an efficient locking spacer system. This technology enables pavement to remain stable even when it is subject to strong dynamic loads, such as those generated bysudden braking of vehicles going downhill. The locking spacersare coming by size of 40 mm (VZ4) and 50 mm (VZ5), fitted on the sides of the slabs and are invisible once placed. It is not possible to combine VZ4 and VZ5.

SCADA range goes beyond the requirements of the standards: each products is made as a precision workcombining great dimension stability and complying resistance with EN* standard.

To achieve a perfectly flat surface, we can, upon request, also calibrate the bottom face.The surfaces of our products are particularly resistant to dirt and are easy to clean with Durosave (optional).

Quality standards

SCADA specific qualities- High density thanks to optimised microstructures and heat-treated surfaces;- Top surface with natural aggregates and UV-resistant iron oxides;- With ir without chamfer, depending on surface finishing;- Locking spacers;- Dimensional stability thanks to calibration of the bottom face (+/- 1.5 mm thickness);- Freeze/Thaw resistant;- Hydrothermal treatment;- Possibility to combine with Topstone and Fasonado.

- Material recommended to fill-up the joints – high-quality sand and 0/3mm gravel;- Due to their large dimensions and weight, placing large size slabs can only be done using a suitable vacuum slab grab.

Assembly and installation

We master dimensional tolerances: Our results exceed the EN 1339 standard requirements.

Nueva ferro DTIThe main characteristic of NUEVA Ferro DTI slabs is their homogeneous and lightly rough surface. The subtle colours of the 5 cm thick slabs are obtained thanks to a very fine surface and a very fine shot-blasting process using small balls of stainless steel that enables the natural-rock stones to give all their radiance.With its standard modern dimensions up to 80x80 cm, the Nuevo Ferro DTI range is now a well-known reference. It comes with an anti-dirt protection, with chamfers, without locking spacers.

Decado opens up new perspectives for the design of paths and public spaces. Extra-long sizes provide the appearance of a well-designed floor.

The DECADO range is designed without bevelled edges and its surfaces are finely sanded. The slightly iridescent colours remind the appearance of natural stone.

The DECADO range is available in thickness of 8 or 12 cm and combine ideally with large-size SCADA slabs. Only mixed sizes deliveries. Joints: 8cm=+/-4mm - 12cm=+/-6mm. With spacers, without chamfers (Finerro) or with chamfers (Pur).

RASENLINER slabs give the possibility of creating contrasting lines and are a perfect complement to the other products of the SCADA range.

Thanks to the unique grooved strut of the SCADA system, we reach an optimal stability of the Rasenliner fine stones. The broad variety of aesthetic possibilities provided by the SCADA system is also available for Rasenliner products. The fine finish of the natural stone surface can, for instance, be refined by adding special materials to it or by polishing or sanding with small balls of stainless steel.

This system comes in two finishes: 40/10/12 cm paving stones and 40/40/12 cm slabs. Only mixed sizes and full layer deliveries.

The main innovation of GREENSTON Combi is the combination of the unique material from which GREENSTON is made, with an upper layer of engineered stone.

Their shape retains rainwater like a water tank and thus constitutes a significant reserve during dry periods. Furthermore, thanks to the overcome of the surface heat transfer, grass dries slower and does not quickly become yellow.
