Hoses built to work up to4,000 bar working pressure
utilizing polyflexuniquemanufacturing technolo-gies, and able to
work attemperatures up to135 C.Single line hoses availablefrom 1/8"
to 2" inside diam-eter can be used for appli-cations such as
surfaceand subsea trees, well test-ing, chemical
injection,acidizing lines, cement in-jection, hydraulic

Very strong and lightweight syntheticfiber is used to reinforce
thermoplastichoses which weigh 1/5th of the equiva-lent wire
reinforced hose products and

ex-pansion character for rapid signal re-sponse and a small outside
diameterfor applications where compactness isimportant.Applications

compact, and lightweight pilot and signallines which are jacketed
in tough water resistanturethane polymer to give long life
performance in atough and demanding environment. BOP bundles up
to2,000 mtrs long are in service.
Water jetting hoseswith working pres-sure capabilities upto
4,000 bar areavailable in a widerange of sizes from4 mm to 50 mm.
Ad-vanced coupling de-signs and engi-neered fitting proce-dures
ensure hoseassembly integrity and safety. Hoses can besupplied for
applications such as descaling,surface preparation, boiler tube
