AGREEMENT BETWEEN

THE CALIFORNIA CORRECTIONAL PEACE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION

AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,

DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION, CENTINELA STATE PRISON,

REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES TO THE DAILY OPERATION PROCEDURE,

FACILITY BAND C LEVEL IV GENERAL POPULATIONS AT CENTINELA STATE PRISON

This Agreement represents the full and complete understanding reached by and between the

parties at the conclusion of the Meet and Confer negotiations on August 9, 2017, regarding the implementation of changes to the Daily Operation Procedure, Facility B and C Level IV general populations at Centinela State Prison. This agreement becomes an addendum to the current State Bargaining Unit 06 Memorandum of Understanding, Article 27, Section 27.01, which expires on July 2, 2018.

1. The State (CEN) and CCPOA agree to reopen this meet and confer table, at the request of

either party, within ninety (90) days to address any unforeseen impact issues, that cannot

first be resolved locally.
