Born on May 27th to parents Sierra Daniels and Brandon Marshall, he weighed in at just 4lbs 1oz and decided he needed to be with everyone two months ear-ly. He measured 16.26 inches

and is doing well! Sierra and Brandon have been a big part of the dart scene in WA, and Cac-tus Moon is their home bar for darts. We here at The Medallion would like to congratulate you on your new addition. Cheers to many years of fun times to come with your little one!

Congratulations Ricky J’s Winners, Season 4 Super League Champion

By Stephanie Spinler

Oh my goodness, the WWDL hit 2016 Dartslive Super fiesta Stage at the Westgate in Las Vegas May 4th, 5th, 6th with a presence unlike no other. Mak-ing up at least ¾’s of people there, Washington state came ready to play. Due to Super Fiesta being conjoined with Worlds & the Open, the at-tendance was record break-ing. 14 countries from France, to Japan, and many others. So many different talents and skill sets all in one place. The 4th all super league teams from all over participated in a round robin having the top 2 teams advancing to Sunday. Washington teams made their mark, with many advancing to top 16 and to Sundays por-tion of the tourney. On Sunday when the final two teams made their way to the big stage it was 2 teams from the WWDL to battle for the title. Ricky J’s in

Puyallup vs. Ringer’s in Mount Lake Terrace. Amazing to have these two out of all the teams both from our home state with people we all know and love. The team from Ricky J’s took the victory after a battle, bringing home the 1st place banner and title to Puyallup (different team but same bar) for the 2nd year in a row. Awesome job guys! Many players from the WWDL stayed and participated in the Open, a series of events in-cluding singles and doubles events, also some stayed to watch the Worlds and all the pros battle off on Sunday. We had many Washington play-ers on the main stage taking home medals and trophies. This year’s event was a little rough, with all the issues and wait times, I hope corrections and improvement will be made for next year. I do believe that a good time was still had, hang-ing in Vegas with our dart fam-ily and making new friends.

VIVA LAS VEGAS!

happy birthday to u

CLUBHOUSE CELEBRATING 6 YEARS WITH YOU!

The Clubhouse Bar & Grill just turned 6 and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support, en-couragement and loyalty. You are invited to come help them celebrate. On Saturday, June 18th, they will be having a big anniversary party along with their Summer sign ups for league. They will be of-fering 1/2 price burgers dur-ing the event, which starts at Noon as well as plenty of other league specials. Please ask your bartender and/or server for more details. You can enjoy naughty bingo here on Tuesday nights and watch the UFC here for FREE, they’ve never got a cover. Or come shoot darts, play the jukebox, play pull

tabs at their massively huge pull tab bar (I’m not kidding, it’s awesome!) or play a game of pool if that’s what you’re feeling like doing. The wraps are delicious if I do say so my-self, and the staff here is al-ways friendly and welcoming. Please take the time to come out and wish them a happy an-niversary. They’d like to give a special shout out to their newest dart coordinators too. Thank you to Robert Holland, Nate Hestkind and Josh Kinard for all that you do and have been doing to support darts at Clubhouse. They’d also like to wish everyone good luck at State this month. Stop by, say hi, have a drink, stay all night long if you like. They don’t mind. Enjoy yourself!
