Selection of Members, State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Odisha and President / Members of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions in Odisha. H-38 : The Selection Committee constituted under Rule 6(1) of the Consumer Protection (Qualification for appointment, method of recruitment, procedure of appointment, term of office, resignation and removal of the President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020, has decided that all the eligible candidates for the post of Members, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Odisha and President / Members of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions in Odisha shall undergo a written examination and of a viva-voce test of 15 marks. The written examination will be held on 28.11.2021 (SUNDAY) and shall be of 100 marks on the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder.
