or failed to provide data on time.secondly some colleges are not AICTE affiliated like AMITY, so OUTLOOK may

have ignored those colleges.

Amity has one of the best acadamics in india since it doesnot have AICTE affiliation it is not considered in top 40 or

50 colleges.. bt y people forget that amity have IET(UK) accreditation and amity is the only university in india to have

this accreditation. amity also have grad A by NAAC. amity provides world class acilities too..

these ranks are not real still so many good universities had not been placed in the list..we have vit university which

is doing its excellence in infrastructure , reasearch activities , robotics . it bagged 2nd position in publicing reasearch

papers etc; nd srm university is good in aeronautics nd instrumentation.. india today ranks are quite genuine..

The ranking was only done for institutes who had submitted their data on time. Important insitutes like IIT-G who

Well, to everyone who says Manipal doesn deserve to be at 21st number, just want them to check out the

placements , infrastructure and facilities of Manipal. It is world class. And about the placements if you even pass,placement is guaranteed. And if you are decent enough, you will get atleast 2-3 offers. I am not saying VIT or SRM

is bad but compared to Manipal, they are SHIT !!

Yes, I agree with you, Manipal is fare in its transactions,while SRM & VIT are famous for selling seats. SRM office

in Vadapalani, Chennai is surrounded by hundred of touts and they will encircle you when we reach there.

Where UVCE the oldest college in karantaka stands in the list.

Guys Please dont join UVCE if you want to get some real knowledge and good core companies placements .

placement here in UVCE has dropped drastically .

The staff including the principal is currupt .You will get your results only after 4 months of your exams . No way you can apply for revaluation . Even if apply no

change marks actually they dont do the revaluation.

Poor lecturing but lectureres are revenge takers . If you have any conflict a lecturer then there is blackmailing from

them and they will directly fail you in exams by giving less marks in internals.

Though there will be lot of funds released its usage is not done everything goes to the principals private colleges .Labs

have not been renovated since Visweswaraiyyahs death .

According to CSR GHRDC 2013 SURVEY 2013 it is third Ranking in TOP ENGINEERING COLLAGES OFEXCELLENCE. If it gets Crores of Rupees from world Bank and also Jharkhand Govt always keeps on granting

funds to it. so it will go up in the list yar. But selection process for General Candidates is very very tough. This yearscut off for General was RANK 720, OBC-1000. Out of more than 100000 students only 680 seats are available.

AIEEE ranking of most of these 720(GEN and OBC) studets are less than 30,000. Some gets even 12000- 20000but still they join BIT Sindri. It is very tough to get a seat for Gen Branch Those who gets a seat (GEN Especially)

are very talented. I am a student of Orissa Eng Collage. I also tried twice but failed to get a seat after securing 1021Rank in JCECE 2013.
