The miracle of opening eye born blind

Miracle prove the divinity of Christ

� And His disciples asked Him, saying, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or

his parents, that he was born blind?"

� It is impossible for an ordinary person to answer this question, only

God knows the answer would be “ how can I know, this is the first time

I see this man” bur the disciples asked Jesus this question knowing

that He is God.

� This is a miracle of creation not healing one When he had thus

spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he

anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay, And said unto him,

Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He

went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing. Here Jesus

reminds us how Adam was created. And the Lord God formed man of

the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. God created man from dust,

what Jesus Christ did was a creation to the eye which did not exist.

� Born blind himself has admitted that Jesus Christ is God: admitted to

the Jews and the scribes and Pharisees, he was not intimidated by them

out of fear or threats

� The man answered and said to them, "Why, this is a marvelous

thing, that you do not know where He is from; yet He has opened my

eyes! 31 Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone

is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him. 32 Since the

world began it has been unheard of that anyone opened the eyes of

one who was born blind. 33 If this Man were not from God, He could do nothing." He declares the holiness of Jesus Christ and his

faithfulness, and power, and divinity.
