When the brackets are in contact with wet skin Volta potentialdifference (V ) oсcurs.The potential difference leads to formation of small currents I.To enhance treatment efficiency, the skin surface may be covered with an additional current-conducting layer (for example, water or cream).

Galvanic currents flowing through the brackets under skin surface are increasing the diameter of capillaries and the patient feels pleasant warmth.The current enhances both general and local effects of the applicator, thus increasing blood flow velocity in the treatment zone.

П-shaped brackets forming contact needles over the applicator surface. The brackets are made of different metals forming galvanic pairs and are arranged in a chess-board fashion.
