Purpose

To establish a centralized system of maintenance management and leadership.

● Increase effectiveness / efficiency

● Improve coordination of continuous improvement projects

● Improve oversight of maintenance performance metrics

● Centralize maintenance budget and staffing

● Consolidate maintenance management functions
