The Lerman halo system for children has been developed with the objective of providing cervical spine immobilisation and control similar to a standard halo, but in a less invasive manner.

The head is held in place with pads on the forehead and occiput, and is available in 2 MRI compatible, fully adjustable sizes.

The Lerman includes 2 back posts options: semi rigid and rigid. The semi back post option is designed for patients with congenital muscular torticollis. The rigid back post option should be considered when additional restriction of cervical spine movement is required.

Order CancellationYou have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order dispatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return. ReturnsIf for any reason you would like to return an item to TalarMade, you must quote your original delivery note number and official order number.

Unless an item is faulty, all returned items must:a) Be unmarked and have not been worn.b) Have not been adapted.c) Be returned in the original packaging in a clean, re-saleable condition.

If you would like to return your order please call the TalarMade Customer Services Team on 01246 268456 prior to dispatching the items back to TalarMade.

TalarMade cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We therefore recommend a certificate of posting is gained from the Post Office or Courier.

Faulty itemsIf after purchase a fault appears within the first 6 months, please contact the TalarMade team immediately. Items with faults due to defective manufacture and not caused by accidental damage, misuse or fair wear and tear must be returned to TalarMade and will be replaced.

It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery. In the event of items being received in a damaged condition, claims must be made to TalarMade within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone.

Correctly supplied itemsUnwanted items that were correctly supplied by TalarMade will be exchanged or refunded provided that they are returned to us within 28 days of delivery.

Incorrectly Supplied ItemsTalarMade will replace or refund items, which have been incorrectly supplied, provided that we are notified in writing or by telephone within 3 days of delivery.

It is the customer’s duty wherever possible to inspect items upon delivery. In the event of items being short delivered, claims must be made to TalarMade within 3 days of delivery of the goods in writing or by telephone. Alternatively upon receipt of invoice only, claims for non-delivery or shortage must be made in writing or by telephone within 7 days of the invoice date.

DeliveryOnce your order has been submitted, it will be passed to our warehouse for processing. Orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.00pm are dispatched the following working day.

We will deliver your TalarMade order to wherever is mostconvenient for you. A delivery charge of £5.00 + VAT will be applied to all UK Mainland orders where the value of the actual goods is below £100.00 excluding VAT. Orders of £100.00 or more (excluding VAT) do not incur a delivery charge within the UK.If your order is to be delivered outside of UK Mainland, please contact our Customer Services Team who will arrange appropriate delivery for you on 01246 268 456 (Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm).
