+What is theHadassah Leadership Fellow(HLF) Program?

A 2-year leadership engagement program designed to inspire and cultivate future leaders by offering candidates opportunities to:

grow and lead perform volunteer work for Hadassah and the larger

community acquire life-enhancing professional skills

HLF will be based on core Hadassah values: volunteerism philanthropy self-realization and political awareness Zionism and Israel

+Program Overview: Year 2Make YOUR Impact Impact Boards—Hadassah vehicles of change meeting under the

auspices of a specific theme or issue.

Your personal interests, professional skills and backgrounds will drive the work of these groups.

Fellows will select to serve on one of four Impact Boards: Women’s Health and Medical Research Social Investing in Hadassah Women and Public Policy Social Justice/Global Humanitarianism

Fellows will make a minimum $1800 contribution—directed to the Impact Board of choice

Impact Boards will consist of: Hadassah Leadership Fellows Specific Hadassah Volunteer Portfolio Holders External experts

Engage high profile Jewish women in the targeted demographics for ideas, advice, networking and publicity

Hadassah’s Mission Statement

Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to its partnership with the land and people of Israel. It enhances the health of people worldwide through its support of medical care and research at the Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem. Hadassah empowers its members and supporters, as well as youth in Israel and America, through opportunities for personal growth, education, advocacy and Jewish continuity.
