AllT&C /MPT&S/ Communication Circles of RVPNwill conduct Training in accordance toannual training calendar 2018-19 duly approved vide order no. RVPN/HRD&TRG /F.3 (C) 1/ D. 204 date 22/03/2018 is Appended at Annexure -A.

The Course of contents of the Circle level training programme is appended at Annexure-B.

Circle officerwill conduct training in their circle as per followingprocedure:-(i). The Circle officer shall nominate of faculties from Officers/Officials/Technical staff

under his jurisdiction who are well acquainted about training programme courses withthe consent of SE (HRD&TRG.)

(ii). Practical demonstrations may be givenwith all safety precautions and measures as pernorms to each nominated employee.

(iii). The nomination of participant is done so that each employee shall get training byrotation during the above proposed training calendar 2018-19 without affecting theNigam'swork.

(iv). The different venue and faculty may be decided by the Circle officeron different datesas proposed above. The venue &number of nominations are the discretion of the Circleofficer.

(v). Allparticipants will get TA/DAas per rules. Faculty will get remuneration as per F&R-1108 dated 14.09.2017

(vi). The one time lunch and two time tea will be provided to all participants & faculties atthe cost of RVPN@ Rs.170/ - per candidate.

(vii). ThenecessaryBudgetfortheyear2018-19 undertheheadof"TanningExpenses"shallbeprovideby theCCOA,RVPNontherequestof the concernedcircleofficerlHODaspertheirrequirement.

(viii). Anyapplicability ofGSTshall be borne by RVPN.

(ix). Anychanges in Venue/Date/Faculty may be changed by circle officerwith the consentof the SE(HRD&Trg.)due to more urgency of other RVPN's work.

(x). The feedback and result of examination if any conduct will be send by the circle to theXEN(Trg.),RVPN,Jaipur regularly within in time period.

1. SAFETY TRAINING SCHEDULE:
