April 29 | TURKMENISTAN Pray for a believer who is being watched heavily by the police — his phone has even been tapped.

April 2 | MEXICO Pray for a pastor who is facing continual threats from people in his city. Pray there is an opportunity for him to minister to those who persecute him.

April 3| AZERBAIJAN Pray for two pastors who are being fined for holding church meetings without official registration.

April 4 | INDONESIA Pray for a pastor whose children (along with 5 other children) were stabbed in their classroom at school.

April 5 | VIETNAM Pray for a pastor who is being held captive in isolation and fed food with pieces of broken glass in it.

Refugees

April 6 | TUNISIA Pray that Tunisians fighting for the Islamic State in Libya will stop and return home.

April 7 | MEXICO Pray that the possibility of a safe house being built in Northern Oaxaca will become a reality.

April 8 | IRAQ Pray for a community whose homes have been attacked by the Islamic State as they rebuild.

April 9 | NIGERIA Pray for the nearly 5,000 displaced people who are currently infected with HIV/AIDS.

April 10 | INDONESIA Pray for a Christian school that was stormed by an angry mob. Pray for the children and teachers affected negatively by the attack.

April 11| MALAYSIA Pray that a bill allowing intense corporal punishment will be banished or amended.

April 12 | CHINA Pray for those in Kenya who yearn to learn more about Christ. Pray opportunities will be made available to them in their communities, so they in return can share the gospel.

April 13 | ETHIOPIA Pray for Christians who are persecuted for leaving the Orthodox Church, Islam or traditional beliefs.

April 14 | QATAR Pray that there are opportunities for people to grow in the faith.

April 15 | INDIA Pray for churches in Manipur who are threatened with punishment if they celebrate Christian holidays. Pray they are able to safely observe the Christian holidays with fellow Christians.

April 16 | AZERBAIJAN Pray for the future of a church that was caught holding meetings without registration.

April 17 | EGYPT Pray for a church whose building was blown up during Sunday morning service. 27 people lost their lives. Pray for their families and the remaining members of the church.

April 18 | SYRIA Pray for the unity of denominations in Syria that has started since the International Day of Prayer. Pray they continue to remain united in their pursuit of Christ.

April 19 | OMAN Pray for the growth and maturity of the church in Oman.

April 20 | COLOMBIA Pray for the church in Colombia, where the expression of Christianity is radically prohibited within some indigenous territories.

April 21 | ERITREA Keep the church of Eritrea in prayer; its government is authoritarian and intolerant of individual expression, including the Christian faith.

April 22 | LIBYA Pray for the release of a Christian woman who is being held by the militia because of her faith in Christ.
