Notes :-1. As per discussion with ACS (Health) & request of MD-NHM it has been decided that Dr. Anuj Gupta (It.
DHS-II) will hold the charge of Deputy MD-NHM. However all his tours, Trainings & other official works asDD-NHM will be finally sanctioned by DHS so that the where about of [t, DHS is known in DHS office. He isalso directed to put his movements on movement register. All the work assigned to Dr. Anuj Gupta, [t, DHSshould not suffer and all branches of directorate are to ensure that the related files are routed through [t,DHS-II .
2. Not only [t, DHS-II all above officers/officials are directed to put their movement register in office of Pvt.Sec. to DHS room.
3. As per discussion with ACS (Health), the Dy.Dir. looking after all the D.C.P, will route, However all the filesrelated to finances in these national programme routed through MD-NHM & then to higher authoritiesthrough DHS. Whereas all files related to technical professional matters related to these programmes willbe routed first to DHS & then to higher authorities through MD-NHM.
4. Group-VI will function on the bases of single file system to interact with ACS(Health) & will route theirfiles through MD-NHM. However MD will be free to send the files to DHS on issues on which latter'sinterventions are required.
5. All units in group -VI will do their monitoring & evaluation. The reports generated by them (Physical &Financial) and progress of their programmes will be appraised by them to MD as well as DHS regularly &also on day of both meetings in one month with DHS in his chamber which will be held on first & thirdTuesday at 12:30 Noon. This meeting will be a regular feature &also to be attended by all OSDs/SPOs ofgroup VII & IX. Including all Jt. DHS & DDs including Principal SIHFW training Institute.
6. Group- II, III, IV and V will work as link officers & will independently route their files to DHS.7. All OSDs/SPOs will coordinate with the officers under DHS if same/similar activities are carried out on
both sides.8. The duties are interchangeable as & when need arises & accordingly duties assigned by Head of all groups
& DHS from time to time will be undertaken by all officers without any excuses. Defaulters will be liable
