I have over fifteen years experience in sales and marketing and I am an experienced client facing professional with the flair to develop new business opportunities and close sales.

  My niche is new business development. I have a hunter instinct and enjoy sourcing new

clients, nurturing relationships, informing clients, monitoring and appraising market changes, using the knowledge of market trends to grow a successful sales environment and provide a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities that I also close. I provide the full sales and marketing cycle.

  When a prospect becomes a client I continue to engage in regular contact with them to

provide additional support for their sales initiative; Account Management.   I have worked in numerous industry sectors such as Sponsorship and Hospitality –Sport,

MICE – Hotels, Food and Beverages – Contract Caterers, Accountancy, Engineering, HR/ Agencies, Facilities Management, I.T, Financial Services and Retail Industries.

  My biggest strength is my ability to communicate with all kinds of people at all levels and I

understand that everyone has a different perspective about projects, campaigns and tasks. I realise that everyone comes to the table with different priorities and objectives and with this sensitive approach to my work I can assimilate and negotiate to achieve positive results.

  I have trained, mentored and managed small sales teams. I have managed administrative

and web service staff.

Consultancy-To understand thoroughly a client’s business and pro-actively set about implementing a marketing campaign. Pre-Market Research-To establish how a client’s service or product will fit in to their desired market sector. Offering innovative solutions. Understanding Competition – To analyse their strengths and weaknesses, experience, market position and predictability. Business Analysis- Evaluate company critical factors; such as market size and potential for growth. Assessing and tracking business success

and measuring relevant key performance indicators as they evolve in order to make recommendations in response to market changes. Using information gathered to provide clients with the foundation to identify new opportunities and stimulate existing business to increase customer loyalty and retention.

Market Intelligence Research to discover Tender opportunities and establish formal contact.

Data Cleansing-Using legacy data refreshing all contact records. With an ability to analyse, cleanse and redeploy data effectively according to client’s requirements in order to create a quality data store to facilitate telemarketing or marketing campaigns.

Create Customers-CRM. Segmenting and creating a contact database of prospects using information gathered from a ‘live data source.’ Continually managing customer databases effectively.

Direct Mail- Writing dynamic, snappy, pertinent copy for website content, direct mail and email blasts. Used to introduce or renew an interest in a client’s services or products.

Copywriting- Providing written content for websites and e-mails. Gathering information and contributing to content of corporate literature. TeleMarketing - Cold calling prospects before or after direct mailing. Qualifying prospective new business for sales development. Contacting

existing and past customers or new ones to revive, renew and introduce additional business. Telemarketing skills enable her to set quality appointments with key decision-makers, nurture opportunities and account manage.

Telephone Lead Generation-Profiling of prospects. Speaking with key, senior management at Board and Director level to nurture new business opportunities and gain sales appointments of a quality standard for sales teams to close.

New Business Development- Adept at networking to maximise sales potential, intuitive, and able to identify and nurture sales opportunities. Hospitality Sales- Prospecting, qualifying and selling all hospitality and sponsorship packages to corporate clients. Sponsorship-Identifying potential major commercial sponsors. and Exhibitions and she is adept at representing clients at sales presentations. Presentation- Attend Buying events, seminars, conferences, trade shows and meetings. –Represent clients.
