lTypeElma Tec Clean detergentsare extremely efficient. Theywere developed particularlyfor high-performance ultra-sound cleaning devices. Thedetergents on the one handsolve cleaning problems in theindustry. On the other hand,the protect the heavilystressed oscillating trays.The ultrasound oscillatingtrays oscillate with a frequen-cy of 25 - 130 kHz. Due to theultrasound, small cavitationbubbles originate, which, incombination with the applica-ble cleaning detergent, gentlyremove the dirt from the work-piece. During this process, os-cillating trays, made of specialstainless steel, are subjectedto heavy flexural stress.Cleaning detergents, whichdo not take into account thisapplication, might contain

ions, which further corrosionor stock removal. Halogenideions for example, strongly fur-ther corrosion and thereforeconsiderably reduce servicelife. Chloride and fluoride in anacid medium are most ag-gressive in this respect. • Turn off the union nut.• remove the teflon ring.• Fill in the liquid, approx. 1/4 ltr.

when using a measuring cup: pereach liquid, use an extra cup andclean well after use.

• replace valve body + gasket ring.• Screw tight the union nut with by us-

ing the special wrench.

• Set on the filling pistol and operate,approx. 3-4 sec. with min. 8 bar airpressure (check compressor pres-sure).

• After setting back the sprayer head,the sprayer is ready to use.

• press sprayer head down at lowersection.

Bottle can spray in any position. If airpressure is no longer sufficient and liq-uid is still available, simply remove thevalve and refill with air.A filled sprayer can be released frompressure by turning the union nut withapprox. 1/2 - 1 revolutions.

Attention – only fill in the liquid which is described on the bottles label.

ergo.® Cyanacrylate second’s action glues areone-component products based on cyanacrylicacid esters, which harden when exposed to airhumidity. ergo.® Cyanacrylates are mainly usedfor glueing jobs with plastics, elastomers, andmetals. The main advantages of these up-to-dateglues are hardening speed, ease of use and highmechanical strength of the bond. In principle, ergo.® cyanacrylate glues can beused from -55 - +120 °C (depending on the type).

Safety advice: Vapours of cyanacrylate can irritate mucousmembranes and eyes. Therefore, it is advisableto ensure good ventilation or exhaustion in thework area. Also, protective gloves (not cotton)and goggles should be worn.
