Russian Christmas and new years day
In Russia the Christmas is celebrated on January 7th ,and mostly it's holyday. People spend this day whatever they want.
Russian celebrate the New Year at 11 p.m. on December 31 to earlier and finish on 2nd of January. With breaks, of course.

Not many Russians have a healthy breakfast.
Sometimes it can be only coffee and cookies, sometimes muesli or cornflakes with milk, sometimes eggs or something else, fruits, pizza, and everything you find in your refrigerator in the morning when you don't want to cook.
How to make Piroshiki?
MATERIAL water or milk, powder, yeast,
and some salt and sugar How to cook 1. First make dough .2. Next cut the dough in pieces
and make round flat bread, put a filling (meat, potato, berries etc.) on it and stick the edges together.
3. Then leave Piroshiki for some minutes.
4. Finally fry them on a pan or cook in the oven.
