UN and other Operations - Force Preparation Officer
In this role I carry out all administrative and facilitation tasks for all members
of the ADF panelled for overseas deployment where I delivered effective
administrative support and oral communication in the workplace, this
includes:
- Deliver oral presentations to all members of the ADF regardless of rank
deploying overseas
- Make amendments to presentations in accordance with current policies
and security threats
- Provide administrative support for ADF personnel on UN operations
- Liaise with Headquarters and other external agencies including the United
Nations and international embassies
- Manage a small team of subordinates

Aviation Regiment - Operational Support Officer
In these roles I was responsible for the administration and supervision of the
services and functions where I managed the operational requirements and
logistics to prepare personnel to meet functioning requirements, my duties
and responsibilities included:
- Manage the logistical requirements of processing personnel to ensure all
aspects of their operational requirements are documented in accordance
with the organisations policies and procedures
- Provide technical advice on general administrative enquiries, policy,
procedures
- Conduct audits on administration processes as required
- Supervise and mentor Squadron clerk
- Solve complex problems by breaking the problem down into manageable
tasks to achieve the required outcome
