Login to ( http://mybanner.qu.edu.qa) and select the tab of "Student Registration and Records”

. "Student records" اختر .2

Select "Student records".

."Request printed transcript ثم قم باختيار " .3

Select “Request printed transcript”.

”Issue to“في خانة studentاكتب .4

Write “Student” in “Issue to”.

قم باختيار نوع الكشف. .5

.خارج الدولةإذا كنت تريد أن تستعمل الكشف Out of State Official Transcript اختر

.الدولة داخلإذا كنت تريد أن تستعمل الكشف State Official Transcript In اختر

" continueثم اضغط على "

Select Transcript type:

“Out of state Official transcript” if you want to use it outside the state of Qatar.

“In of state Official transcript” if you want to use it inside the state of Qatar.

Then click “continue”.

." continueأدخل عدد النسخ ثم اضغط على " .6Enter number of copies and click “continue”.

“ Submit Request“. اضغط على .7

Click on “Submit Request”.
