Board of Directors

Season Greetings, and Happy Holidays! It’sthemostwonderfultimeoftheyear!Theairisfilledwith joy, happiness, and laughter. As we approach the holiday season, we are delighted that you chose to join us tonight for our holiday concert. Tonight you are in for a wonderful musical gift conducted by Maestro Fouad Fakhouri. You will hear many of the holiday classics that you know and love. While you create amazing memories tonight and enjoy great music with family and friends, we hope to spread some holiday cheer as you will have the opportunity to singalong to a few Holiday favorites. We will also present some new classical Holiday pieces, which I am sure that you will enjoy. It was once said to me that; “young people” do not enjoy symphonic music. Tonight we are boldly contradicting that statement. The SBSO is honored to share the stage for part of tonight’s concert as the Saginaw Bay Youth Orchestra will be playing side-by-side the Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestra.

'Tis the season for giving. As you are in the spirit of giving throughout this holiday season, think of your Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestra. Your gift helps the SBSO continuously provide wonderful musical experiences. On behalf of the Saginaw Bay Symphony Orchestra, and my family to yours, we wish you a wonderful Holiday Seasonfilledwithpeace, love, andjoy. Sincerely,

Samuel A. TilmonBoard President
