EWU was groupcd rvith Nofthem University Bangladesh(NUB) and State University ol Bangladesh (SUB).Although EWU lost rheir first match to SUB, they cameback to winning ways against NUB in their secondmatch. Unfortunately, one win was Dot enough for EWUto make them through to thc next round_ However.Klandakar Shafeat-Uz-Zaman played some incrediblygood cricket for the EWU team in both the matches byfir'st getting a score of34 runs, not out, in ll balls andscoring a half-century in only 23 balls in the secondmatch.
