Under hærdning forbliver rest(luft) fra opløsningsmidflerne Icoatingen.

Alle coatinger “ånder”og denindesluttede luft danner perfektpermabilitet gennem tilståloverflade.

Oxidation ekspandere op til 2,5gange volumen forårsager et tryk på140 kg. Pr. cm2, resulterende iunderfilmkorrosion.

Oxidations kræfterne er større end vedhæftningen af traditionellecoatingsmaterialer som Urethan, industrielle­ Epoxy og traditionelle

coatings.
