Advanced Team Leadership Skills Critical Thinking

Being able to think critically enables you to come up with solutions to very complex problems. In a group setting this is a very powerful advantage. By using logic and accurate assumptions, the group can develop insight into problems that will help them come up with creative solutions.

Bias and prejudice can cloud your thinking and are the enemy of the critical-thinking process. It is important to recognize that everyone has biases in some form; however, you can counteract biases by using empathy to see viewpoints through the eyes of others.
