Assuming MSP Will Install DAP OS and SW
1. General Linux OS Installation Time – 1 – 2 Hours (Min – Max)
2. DAP SW Installation and Configuration Time – 1 – 2 Hours (Min – Max) Documented Steps by Tone Software Includes:
Transfer DAP SW files to the DAP Server Execute a set of Installation Scripts with Prompts Install the Certificate Key for Secured Connection Configure the ReliaTel Host IP and Port
3. DAP System Validation – 2 – 4 Hours (Min – Max)
4. Total Install and Config Time – Approximately 4 – 8 Hours (Min – Max)

On-Site Client DAP HW Installation Requirements 1U Rack Space (Assuming Dell Server) with Power and Ethernet Drop 1 IP Address with Outbound IP Access to the ReliaTel Server IP Address and 443 Port A temporary local Keyboard and Monitor for any troubleshooting if-required IP Access from the DAP Ethernet Interface to the Client Monitored Devices
3. Role of MSP In Walking Client through the DAP HW Install and Connection
4. Administrator Configure and Validate Remote DAP on the ReliaTel Portal
