Along with a Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only in favour of "CHOTANAGPUR LAW COLLEGE, RANCHI" through the Registered Post/Speed Post/ Courier by the 23" of December, 2020 to the office of the college, On the Envelope in which application is sent, it must have clearly mentioned the name of Candidate, postal address, e-mail id, contact numbers and Position applied for 4. Basis of Selection Selection will be made on the basis of academic qualifications, experience and performance in the interview. Educational qualification shall carry 75 marks, experience 5 marks and publication 5 marks out of a total of 85 marks allotted. The distribution of marks for academics i) ii) and others are elaborated in Appendix- A. Interview shall carry 15 marks. Screening of the applications will be done in reference to the documents provided by the applicants. Marks will be allocated according to Schedule I to VIl of the ii) iv)

    5. Period of Contract

    Generally the contract period is 2 years, but every 1l months the performance of the candidate shall be evaluated and will be extended for another 11 months. If the performance of the candidates is continuously satisfactory their service contract may be extended.

    6. Pay Scale

    During the contract period the remuneration will be 7th Pay Scale of UGC (Basic) Rs.57,700/ per month.

    D.A. and other allowance are on the discretion of the Governing Body of the college which is based on performance and efficiency of the candidate. Annual increment shall be given as per the UGC norms. EPF, Gratuity and provisions relating to other social security shall be provided by the college.

    7. Jharkhand State /Ranchi University Reservation Policy must be followed.
