• Ensure that all incoming materials are compared toshipping documents to identify any shortage,overage, damage or incorrect product.

• Prepare monthly reports and represent theWarehouse group at meetings.

• Regularly review and audit warehouse controlreports to ensure accuracy, as well as conductinginventory counts to verify the data.

• Ensure all documentation for materials andequipment leaving the site is completed andapproved, including Shipping Reports and PurchaseRequisitions, as required and that all goods leavingthe site, including equipment and containers areinspected and documented.

• Maintain well organized and current warehouserecords.

• Ensure the safekeeping and control of companyassets and records.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reportingof warehouse transactions.

• Maintain control and regularly audit and reconcile allapplicable warehousing reports i.e.

• Review stock variances and provide results to theappropriate Manager.
