determined behaviors that will lead to a long healthy life. Major health hazard in society was lifestyle choices.

CDC 6 -Centers for disease control and prevention established 6 categories of risk behaviors
1. Behaviors that result in unintentional and intentional injuries. (Risky Behaviors)
2. Tobacco use.
3. Alcohol and other drug use. (ATOD)4. Sexual behaviors that result in HIV infection, STI, and unintended pregnancies.
5. Diet choices that contribute to disease.
6. Lack of physical activity.
