Whereas by GOvernment -Notification No. 22/113/91~RD' lated 2-7-1991 published on pages 265 to 266 of . Series n, No; 15 of' the Official· Gazette dated 11-7-1991 and :mtwt:J.. newspapers -(i) Navhind Times dated 6~7-1991and (ii) Gomantakdated 8-7-1991, Slipsequent corrigendum of even number dated 1-10-1991 published on· pageS' 484· to 485 of SeliesII,. No: 28 of the OfficiaL Gazette .djtted 10-10-1991 and -in two ilewspapers(i) Navhind Times dated 9-10-1991 and(ii) Gomantak- dated 9-10-1991; it ,Was notified under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act;. 1894. (Central Act 1 of 1894) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") that the land specified in the. schedule appended to the said Notification (hereinafter· referred to as the' "said land") waslikely to be needed for public purpose, viz. Land Acquisition for constructionof;n~ Broad Gauge-. .line between Roha and Mangalore in Utorda Village 'of 'Salcete· Taluka.
And whereas, .the Government of Goa (hereinafter referredto as the "Government") being of the opinion that the acquisition of the said land is urgently necessary, hereby applies the provisions of. sub-section (1) and sub-section (4) of section 17 of the said Act and directs that the Collector apPQinted . under . paragraph 2 . below, . sJ.1s,1l, ;at .any, time. ,on.; the- eXpiry of fifteen days' from' the date> ot the publicatiOJ1 of -the notice relating to the said land. under sub-section'(l): of· section. 9 of the said Act, take. possession of the 'said land,
Now, . therefo~e, the' Government hereby d~lares: tinde~the provisions of section 6 of the said Act, that the said land is required for the public purpose specified above.
2, The -GQvermheritalso . hereby appoints, -under clause ( c) . of section' 3 of the said Act, the Special Land Acquisition Officer (Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd.) South GOa, Navelim - Salcete to perform the function of the Collectorfor all proceedings hereinafter to be taken in respect of the said land and directs him under section 7 of the said Act to take order for the acquisition of the said land.
3. A plan of the s3ld land can be inspected at the office of the Special Land Acquisition Officer (Konkan Railway Corporation' Ltd.), South Goa, .at Arney Guest House, Davorlim Road, Navelim --Salcete till the award is made under' Section 11.

Whereas it appears to the Government of Goa (hereinafter referred to as "the Gpvernment~!) that the land specified in schedule hereto' (hereinafter referred to as the "said land") is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. L. A. far construction of new B.G. line between Roha & Mangalore in Cordero viilp.ge of Quepem taluka.
And whereas in the opinion of the Government the provision of sub section (1) of section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894) (hereinafter referred to as ,"the said Act"), are applicable.
Now, therefore, the Government hereby notifies under sub~ -section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act, that the said land is likely to be needed, for the purpose specified above.
TIle Government further directs under Sub-section (4) of Section 17 of the said Act that the provisions o:i; sectron 5A
"of the said Act shall not apply in respect of the said land.
2. All persons inte:rested in the said land are hereby warned not to QbstIDuct or interfere with any ,surveyor or other persons employed upon the said land for the purpose of the land acquisition. Any contract for the disposal of the s!lid! 1&'1d by sale, lease, mortgage. assignment, eXChange or otherwise, . or any outlay commenced or improvements made thereon without the sanction of the Collector, appointed under paragraph 4 below, after the date of the publication of the notification, will, under clause (seventh) of section 24 of the said Act, be di.sregarded by him v/llile assessing compensation for such parts of the said land as may be finally acquired.
3. If the Government is satisfied that the said land is needed for the aforesaid purpose, it declaration'to that effect under section 6 of the said Act will .be published in the OffiCial Gazette and in two daily newspapers and public notice

thereof shall be given in due eou<rse.· If the acquiis,itiOl1 is abandoned 'i\Tholly or in part, the fact will also be notified in the same manner. .
4. The Government further appoints, under clause (c) of section 3 of the said Act, Special Land Acquisition' Officer, (Konkan Railway Line), South Goa,Margao to perform the functions of a Collector under the said Act in respect of the said land.
5. The Government also authorise, under sub-section. (2) of Section 4 of the said Act, the following officers to do the acts, specified in respect of the said land.
1. The Coll~tor, South Goa D[srt., Mrurgao.
2. Special Land Acquisition Officer, South Goa, Konkan Railway Corporation Limited, . Arney Guest HouSe, Davorlim, Navelim, Goa.
3. The Executive Engineer, (Construction), Konkan Railway Corporation, Panaji.
4. The Director of Land Survey, Panaji.
6. A rough pan of the said land is available for inspection in the office of the Special Land AcqUisition Officer (Konkan Railway Line), South Goa, Margao, for a period of 30 Clays from the date ·of publication of this Notification in Official Gazette,

Whereas by Government Notification No.' 22/101/91-RD dated 31-05-91 published on pages 195 to 199 of Series II, No. 13 of the Extraordinary No.2 of the Official Gazette dated 27-Q6-91 and in two newspapers (i) Gomantak Times dated 06-06-91 and in (ii) Rashtramat dated09-06-91,subsequent corrigendum of even number dated 23,-9-91 published on page 485 of Series II, No. 28 of the Official Gazette dated 10-10-91' and in two newspapers (i) Gomantak Times dated 27-09-91 and in (ii) Rashtramat dated 28-019-91, it was notified under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act") that the land specified in the Schedule appended to the said Notification (hereinafter referred to as the said land), was likely to be needed for public purpose, viz. La.ndAcquisition for construction of new. Broad·Gauge line between Roha & Mangalore in Barcem, Padi & Quedemvillages of QuepemTaluka
. and Canacona Village of' Canacona taluka on 'Karwar - Margao . section.
And whereas, the Government of Goa (hereinafter referred to as the "Government") being of the opinion that the acquisition of' the said land is urgently necessary, hereby applies the prOvisions of sub-section (1) and sub-section (4) of section 17 of the said Act and directs that the Collector appointed tinder paragraph 2 below, shall, at any time, on the expiry of :fIfteen days from the date of the publication of the notice relating to the said land under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, take possession of the said land.
Now, therefore,' the Governmen1i hereby declares, under the provision.8 of': section 6 of the said Act that the said land is required for the public purpose specified above.
2. The Government also hereby aPPoints,under clause (c) of section 3 of the said Act,' the Special Land Acquisition Officer, (Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd.) South.Goa, Navelim, Salcete to perform thElfunctions of the 'Collector for all proceedings heremafter to be taken in respect of the said land and directs him 'under section 7 of the said Act to take order for the acquistion of the said land.

:Wliereas it appearS to the' Government of, ,Goa (hereinafter referred to as "the Government") that the land specified in the schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "said land") is li~ely to be needed for ,public purpose, viz. L. A. for construction of new B. G. 'line in Malar village of Tiswadi taluka.
And Whereas in the opinion of the Government the provision of, sub-section (1 )of section 17 ,of, the ,Land AcqUisition Act 1894 (Central Act 1 ofl894) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), are applicable. "
Now, therefore, the Governm~t hereby' notifies, under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act that the said land is likely to be n.eeded for, the purpose 'specified above.
The Government further directs under sub-section ,(4) of se'ction 17 of the said Act fuatthe provisions of section 5A of,-the said Act shall not apply in respectQf the said land.
2. ,All persons interested in the said land are hereby warned, not to obstruct or interfere wifuany surveyor or other,: persons employed upon the said land for the purpose of the land acquisition. Anycoiltract for the disposa:lof the said land
, by sale, lease, mortgage, assignment, exchange or otherw:ise, or any outlay 'commenced or ,improvements' made, thereon without the sanction of the Collector; appointed under paragraph 4 below, after' the date of the publication of the notification, will, under ,clause (seventh) of -section 24 of the ,said Act, be disregarded by him' while asseSSing compensation for such parts of the said land as may be finally acquired.
3. If' the Government is satisfied that the said land is needed ,for, the, aforesaid purpose, a declaration to 'that \ effect under section 6 of the said Act will be published in the Official Gazette and in two', daily newspapers ,arid public notice thereof shall be given in due course., If the acquisition is abandoned wholly or inpart,the fact will also be notified in the same manner~
4. The Government,further, appoints; under clause (c) of 'section 3 of the said Act, Special' Land Acquisition Officer, (E;onkan ~anway Line), North Goa, ,Panaji to p~rform_the fUnctiOlis of'a Collectot,underthe said Act iIl respect of the said land. ' , :

Whereas it appears to the Government:of Goa (hereinafter referred to as "the Government") that the land specified in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "said land") is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. L. A. for construction of new B.G. line between Roha and Mangalore - Acquisiti'On ,of additional" lanq 'iIi Village LOliem, POinguinim, Nagarcem~Palolem and ,Canacona in canacona 'l'aluka, and Barcem &Padi in Quepem Taluka.
And whereas in "the, opinion of the Goyernment the pro~ ,visions of sUb-section (1) of section ,17 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894) (hereinafter referred to .as"the said Act") are applicable. ' '
'Now, therefore, the Government hereby notifi~s' under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Act that the said land is likely to be needed for the purpose specified above.
,'1'he Government further directs under Sub-section (4), of Section 17 of the, 'said Act that the provisions of sectiOn 5A of the said Act .shall not apply in ,respect of the said land.
,2. All persons interested in the ',saId land are hereby warned not to obstruct or interfere :wit;h any surveyor 'or other persons employed upon the said ,land for .the purpose of: the land acquisition. Any contract :for the disposal of the said land by sale, lease, mortgage," asSignment, exchange or otherwise, or any outlay comlllenced or improvements made thereon without the sanction of the Collector, appointed under paragraph 4 below, after, the date: 9f the publication of , this notificatiOn, will, under clauSe, (seventh) 'Of section 24 of; the said, Act, be disregarded by, him ,while assessing', coin~ pensation for such parts of the said land as may be finally acquired.
3. If the Government is satisfied that· the said land is needed • for the aforesaid purpose,. a deClaration, to that effect under rection 6 of the said Act will be published in, the Official Gazette and in. two daily newspapers and public
