ApplicationThe EVOSmart is a non walk-on suspended ceiling system designed specifically for commercial and industrial applications.

Ideally suited to applications such as hospitals, laboratories, research centres and healthcare applications.

The integrated LED lighting results in a completely flush finish for easy cleaning, with the absence of grooves and crevices preventing any build up of dirt and risk of contamination.


InstallationThe EVOSmart is a modular ceiling system with standard grid dimensions and components.

The flexibility of the system is advantageous in the design of clean areas and the use of standard components results in an economical solution for installations large or small.

The EVOSmart’s unique* design results in a system that is both fast and easy to install whilst working within very fine tolerances.

Future ProofEach individual tile can be removed independently off the adjacent ceiling tiles. The ceiling can easily be dismantled and reassembled, all components are interchangeable so the ceiling can be extended or rearranged to meet the changing needs of your facilities.

With a life expectancy in excess of 25 years this is a reliable investment for the future.


Integrated LED LightingThe LED light engines are integrated into the ceiling support channels and all components are replaceable from the room side.

Utilising world class components, the EVOSmart luminaires provide outstanding LED performance which results in both high efficiency and long life expectancy.

LDT files are available in a selection of lumen outputs, for lighting design programs such as Relux or Dialux. Example lighting calculations are shown on the following page.

IP65/64 Modular recessed luminaire for flush integration into EVOSmart ceilings. Sealed opal diffuser optics with option for 4mm toughened glass. Smooth front with minimal grooves and crevices and concealed front frame fixings for easy cleaning. Front frame diffuser securely held by internal locking mechanism, eliminating the need for screws and offering reduced maintenance times. Fully welded construction using corrosion resistant steel with epoxy powder coat finish.
