The new IMCOINSA compaction SINGLE DRUMS VIBRATORY ROLLERS are ideal for compacting sand, gravel, stone, asphalt surfaces, etc.

Its reduced dimensions make easy to use them in spaces which are difficult to reach.

Due to its high centrifugal force, you can use it instead of using heavier equipments of higher: with the same compaction force, they offer a significant improvement in the operator’s working conditions.

Thanks to its centrifugal clutch, they allow a comfortable equipment displacement without the activation of the vibration by a simple regulation system of the throttle handle. This system also makes easier its starting at low temperatures.

It has a manual clutch which makes easier the movement of the equipment in both following situations, when the machine is working and when it is stopped.

In addition, the hydrostatic engine allows a progressive forward speed control.

The auxiliary rotating wheel increases stability and reduces significantly the vibrations transmitted to the operator. With the aim of ensuring the maximum safety conditions, the machine is equipped with an emergency stop system integrated in a handy and complete operating panel, which is complemented with a brake system to park the machine.

The equipment is available in gasoline and diesel versions.

Maximum performance for cleaning wood casing panels and boards.

The IMCOINSA scaffold panel cleaner 2D2 makes a complete cleaning process in three phases:

SCALING and dragging rollers: In this first phase, the panel is led by two rollers which press the panel, scaling all possible residual concrete and encouraging the advance of the panel.

The equipment has got an exclusive, pressure regulation system, by a wheel.

SCRAPING phase: Composed of a set of heavy duty blades, reversible, which are uniformly adapted to the surface of the board through a dynamic regulation system.

Two special blades do the scraping of the edges. The upper blade is adjustable in height depending on the element to be cleaned (panel or board).

RELEASE AGENT application: Once the panel is clean, we proceed to bathe the panel into release agent liquid, being ready for the next use.

The release agent tank is removable, making easy its cleaning.

The equipment includes moveable guides at the entrance and exit, making easy the handling of the boards.

Designed to offer maximum comfort to the operator, the IMCOINSA concrete power trowels are equipped with a double working position regulation by oscillating handle and folding arm, which allows to work in intermediate positions.

In this handle, we have included all the elements which require handling while working: the throttle and the adjustment of the angle of the blades, that make its use much easier.

A main solid structure, together with a high efficiency reducing group, guarantee the maximum performance and reliability of our equipments.

All models include a set of finishing blades. Models 2A06 and 2A10 also include a base plate.

Regarding the asphalt grinding machines, we have two models available depending on the engine: gasoline and electric.

Both versions have got powerful engines of 6,5 HP and 5,5 HP respectively, providing a high service availability rate.

The new IMCOINSA disc wall chaser is the ideal machine for doing chases with HIGH PERFORMANCE, perfect finish and good working conditions for the operator.

The high performance is a result of its high power (1.800 W), its ability to work on any material (including concrete) and easy operating (simple and quick modification of the depth and width of the chase).

The operator works without the normal vibrations of the milling-tool wall chasers and the vacuum connection is always available.

The machine comes in a handy metal box and is delivered with two segmented laser discs of 150 mm (our code 21750).

The machine comes with a convenience outlet for connecting vacuum cleaner, specially recommended option in certain interior alterations.

GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS1 Our prices are set for merchandise in our warehouse. (Exworks).

2 The Customer must specify in each order which transport agency wants for delivery, otherwise IMCOINSA will use the most convenient transport agency.

3 The goods travel at purchaser’s own risk, whether the goods travel freight prepaid as freight collect . Claims for breakages or faults will inevitably be made to the carrier at the time of receiving the goods, or to IMCOINSA, via FAX, no later than 24 hours of receipt, because on the contrary neither insurance nor IMCOINSA will attend the claim.

4 The VAT tax will be charged to the Customer.

5 FREIGHT PREPAID for net orders superior to:

•200 € for shipments made to the peninsula and for our family product CONSUMIBLES

: F00 - F01 (MOIL-POINTS AND DRILL BITS), F03 - F05 - F06 (CUTTING TOOLS), F07 (FIXATIONS) and F21 - F23 (DISCS AND DIAMOND CORE DRILLS).• 500 € for shipments to Balearic and Canary Islands (custom clearance, clearance costs, etc. are not included)

• 900 € for the rest of shipments made in peninsula.

• 1.500 € in shipments made to Balearic, Canary Islands and Andorra (custom clearance, clearance costs, etc. are not included)

Orders of less net amount than the above stated, will be completed by default CHARGING COST FREIGHTS IN THE INVOICE or freight collect if they specifically require it.

6 No order cancellations could be done if the goods have already left our warehouses.

7 Invoices will be refunded by bank drafts 60 days date invoice at the latest, which will be the departure of the goods. Other conditions to be agreed.

8 If there were fixed maturities, they will be applied in relation to the nearest, and not always more than 60 days.

9 The returns inclusive the ones of material in guarantee must come freight prepaid, and those which have not been approved by IMCOINSA with the corresponding RETURN AUTHORIZATION will not be accepted.

In case of material return due to whichever reason not attributable to IMCOINSA, a deduction from 10% to 20% on the purchase value will always be applied, as well as possible freight costs originated.

10 The total sum of the credit notes will be deducted from next bank drafts.

11 The guarantee duration of machines IMCOINSA is of ONE YEAR against all manufacturing defects. For components manufac-tured by outsiders (engines, electric components, etc.) our guarantee is limited to the constructor’s guarantee, although we watch over the maximum quality of these machines. The fact that a claim is made in guarantee or out of it, does not entitle the Customer to delay payments that have committed to with IMCOINSA.

The application of the IMCOINSA guarantee exclusively corresponds to the repair or replacement of its articles, not effecting bank drafts of the material nor economic penalties.

12 Any claim or any issue regarding the business transaction can not be used as way to oppose the money orders.

13 Minimum invoicing amount will be 30 €, due to general costs that it represents.

14 Our sales are protected by the Rights of Fee Simple Ownership, according to article 1.506 of the Civil Code, until the payment in full of all the debited amount has not come into effect.

15 The disputes that could appear among both parts, will be under the jurisdiction of the Courthouse of Durango, resigning the debtor to whatever other jurisdiction.

16 The fact that when an order is placed, will involve that our Customer accepts the general sale conditions, unless otherwise agreed and must be in writing.

IMCOINSA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
