calorie (30-40 calories) and blends up rich and creamy. Or choose soy or skim, or rice milk. Keep in mind that different
people react to different milk alternatives. Sometimes you can get tummy bubbles from them for a few days and also
when your body is adjusting to increased protein or fiber, this can cause some unpleasant tummy bubbles for a day or two
