Imperative

The speaker gives a command or makes a request. Most imperative sentences end with a period. A strong command ends with an exclamation point.

(You) Be quiet during the play.

Exclamatory

A sentence that shows excitement or expresses strong feeling. This type of sentence will end with an exclamation mark.

Interrogative sentences ask questions; you will always use a question mark.
