In the following scenario, a parent is installing a filter on a child’s phone o We encourage your billing and filter usernames be different in order to increase security
and reduce the possibility of the filter login criteria getting into the wrong hands and resulting in a compromise of the filter
o In order to ensure settings are not changed, do not release the username and password to the child
if the FILTER ADMINISTRATOR and the FILTER USER are the same person (you have purchased the filter for yourself) and you would like to make it so that you cannot remove the filter, simply contact Technical Support (via email or phone) and request that we change the password without giving you the new password
be advised that you will no longer have access to the MOBILE WEB GUARD EXPLORER so it is best to make all the necessary configuration changes before contacting us
