show off his wealth. He is proud to a fault, and looks down on those not hisequal or his better. His opinions are shared willingly, even to those who don't
want to hear them, and he has been known to demean and bully others in
public, especially his wife. Owen wears a tuxedo of the most expensive andimpeccable quality.
Ethel BainboroughEthel Bainborough is a flapper; a wild and impetuous young woman who lovesto attend parties, dance and drink. Stemming from a wealthy, well-respected
family, Ethel's free-spirited personality and lack of respect for convention
worries her parents, who fear for the shame her reckless flights of fancy couldbring to their good name. Loud, boisterous and selfish, Ethel seems to have no
regard for anyone else - unless they can benefit her in some way. Ethel wears
a flapper-style dress, beads and a fashionable head piece, hat or styles herhair in a finger wave.
Patrick SullivanPatrick Sullivan is rather unknown to the people in these parts. Charming yetreserved, Patrick is a deep brooding type of man with classic good looks. Well-
mannered and polite, Patrick Sullivan is the talk of polite afternoon tea
conversations, with many women wondering just where he came from, hislineage and whether he is available for marriage. Quite young compared to the
others in attendance, Patrick Sullivan wears a classic tuxedo with simple bow
tie.

Jane Halliday Jane Halliday is a woman with a reputation – for being a gossip! A secret, once
in the possession of Jane Halliday, is not a secret for long. In fact, her ability togossip has actually made her a pariah from many up-scale events as of late,
which is why she was thrilled to be invited to Mr. Foxx's party. Jane wears a
classic dress for the era – not too “flapper-ish” but cutting edge for a woman ofher standing.
Trent Picker ingTrent Pickering is a mystery man. Clearly stemming from lower class, Trent isnot accustomed to the propriety of high society, and as such stands out among
the rest of the rich guests. No one knows of him or has ever heard his name
before! Trent wears a tuxedo, although it's not of the same quality as theoutfits of the other men in attendance.
Elizabeth ImbryElizabeth Imbry is a woman struggling to be considered a professional in a
male-dominated world. She is ambitious, almost to a fault, and won't accept
the stigma that only men can be successful photojournalists. A true pioneer inthe womens movement, Elizabeth does not take no for an answer. Despite all
of her hard work toward a career as a serious photojournalist, she is trades her
photos for photo credits, not money, with local rag mag, The Tattler. Elizabethis a determined and tenacious woman whose talent with a lens is far superior
than any man's. While she is not a part of high society and feels uncomfortable
in such situations, she has risen to the occasion this evening and has dressedthe part, in a simple but classy dress.

Sebastian McNairJournalist for The Tattler, a local area rag mag, Sebastian doesn't take himselftoo seriously. He lives far outside high society, taking every opportunity to
"knock them down a peg". His unwavering authenticity has made him both
loved and hated - and those who love him can quickly find themselves theobject of one of his stories. Sebastian is a good-looking bachelor with a
penchant for whiskey, and while he doesn't dance, can usually be found at the
local speakeasy, indulging in his passion. He works closely with photographerElizabeth Imbry, and wears a simple suit with a tie and a hat.
Jules ButlerDaughter of wealthy banker Ronald Butler, Jules is no stranger to Lands End.While she is a member of society's elite, she is quick to cast aside her social
standing, don her favourite flapper dress and spend her evening dancing and
drinking with the local men. Inspired by the movie, "The Flapper", Jules hascut her hair short and wears it in straight bob. She is impetuous, tenacious and
dangerously rebellious, and wears a frilly flapper dress.
Clayton HumphreysClayton Humphreys is a young war veteran who returned from active duty
injured. Because of the injuries he sustained, his military career has come to
an end, and he has to use a cane with a strong metal handle just to walk. Withhis discharge from the military and a lame leg, his career options were limited,
so Clayton took over the running of his family's business: a local confectionery
shop. Clayton wears a suit and jacket with a bow tie.

Betty HumphreysFree spirit Betty Humphreys, wife of Clayton Humphreys, couldn't be more
different than her husband. Since they were married one month before he was
sent to war, she has been living with his family, awaiting his return. She lovesloud music, the "flapper" styles of the day and getting out and meeting new
people. Despite this, she spends her days working in the local confectionery
shop, yearning for excitement and adventure. Betty wears a conservative, yetmodern dress and wears her hair in a finger wave.
Ronald ButlerMr. Ronald Butler is a high-society business man, husband and father. Head ofLegacy Bank, Mr. Butler enjoys prestige and respect in the community, and is
an advocate for propriety in this day in age, where women don ridiculous
dresses and drink and smoke like men. When he is not running every aspect ofLegacy Bank, Ronald Butler spends his time trying to keep his daughter, Jules,
a self-proclaimed "Flapper", in line. Ronald Butler wears a suit, jacket and bow
tie.
Edwina ButlerMrs. Edwina Butler, wife of Ronald and mother of the free-spirited Jules, is a
woman of proper breeding. She believes that female virtues must be preserved
in this age, and tries her best to keep her daughter from speakeasies andparties like those held by Mr. Foxx each weekend. She is a woman devoted to
keeping her household in order, and while she doesn't see her workaholic
husband often, she still ensures the servants have dinner on the table eachevening at 6:00 pm. She is openly scornful of those who do not abide by
“traditional” values, and has no reservations about making her opinions about
how girls have “gone mad” known to all she meets. Edwina dons aconservative, traditional dress that covers as much skin as possible.

Mylena StarMylena is Mr. Foxx's personal secretary, and lives at Land's End in the GreenGuest Room. Almost as mysterious as Mr. Foxx himself, Mylena is a hallmark of
discretion, and guards the secret of the elusive Mr. Foxx well. Mylena handles
most of Mr. Foxx's communication, arranges meetings and even organizes thedetails for Mr. Foxx's lavish parties. She is distinguished and poised, clearly a
young woman of good breeding. Most who learn her true age of just nineteen
are shocked that such a young woman could be so graceful and dignified. Mr.Foxx clearly compensates her well, as she wears the most expensive fashion,
and has her own personal shopper, who sends her samples of dresses from up-
and-coming designers around the world. Mylena oozes glamour, and whilemany men have asked for her hand, she is fiercely devoted to one man and
one man only: Mr. Foxx.
Arthur WeathermooreArthur Weathermoore is Mr. Foxx's lawyer and trusted confidant. Tall andforeboding, Arthur is an intimidating man who keeps his business quiet and is
rarely forthcoming about himself, his client or their dealings. One of only a few
to deal directly with Mr. Foxx, Arthur Weathermoore has earned Foxx'scomplete trust, and Mr. Foxx has more than compensated him for no longer
serving any clients but Mr. Foxx.
Viola WunderAn able and thoroughly competent woman, Viola makes no excuses – she is an
international smuggler, focusing on smuggling in and out of The Bahamas.
Viola is a woman in a man's world, but doesn't hesitate to stick a pistol ina man's ribs to show him whose boss. An intimidating addition to Mr. Foxx's
guest list, Viola has an iron will, a quick temper and an itchy trigger finger.

Gigi DufryGigi is a mousy woman whose gaze is always floor-ward. No matter the
situation, Gigi seems nervous, even when nothing is happening. She isconstantly switching her weight from side to side, which tends to make those
with whom she is speaking quite nervous.
Farah CarsonWhile most people are attending Mr. Foxx's private party this evening as aguest, Farah Carson is working – at least, she was until the murder was
discovered. One of Mr. Foxx's go-to servers for his wild parties, Farah has a
killer smile and a quick tongue – more than capable of handling Mr. Foxx'sguests when they get into the bubbly. Farah has been brought back this
evening to serve Mr. Foxx's guests. While she is on the payroll, Mr. Foxx
requests the help's dress be consistent with the guests, meaning that Farahgets to show off her wild flapper style.
Jesse Godr ichA trusted employee of Mr. Foxx, Jesse is a waiter and bartender hired to keepthe spirits flowing at Mr. Foxx's parties. Along with his counterpart Farah, Jesse
ensures that Mr. Foxx's guests never go thirsty, and specializes in creating the
champagne fountains, for which he has become a local legend. A man wholoves to celebrate, Jesse has been known to partake in the bubbly himself
while “on duty”. Jesse dresses consistently with the guests so as not to look
like “hired help” - a distinguished suit worth more than most make in an entireyear.
